• our behaviour will demonstrate the respect we have for our shareholders, staff, customers, suppliers and their employees, and the communities in which we operate;

• we will work with our supply chain to use natural resources as efficiently as possible so as to minimise waste, to reduce our use of substances and activities that are harmful to people and the environment and in doing this provide our customers with product that has minimum impact on the environment;

• we care about the source of our products and are increasingly sensitive to how, where and by whom our products are made, minimising social and environmental impact;

• we will continuously monitor our performance against internal benchmarks and against local and international best practice; and

• we will listen to the concerns, views and opinions of our stakeholders and the communities in which we operate and we will use this understanding to develop informed and considered policies.
