We’ll even have a “call & collect” service where you can phone in your order and we’ll do your shopping so you can just pick up your order, pay at the till, and be on your way!” MORE FOR THE PLANET In keeping with Woolworths Good Business Journey, the store also features quite a number of ‘green’ design elements, such as using natural light from skylights and a system that automatically dims the store’s lights in bright daylight conditions, recapturing waste heat from refrigeration for heating the store, capturing rain water to use in refrigeration, and using energy-efficient lighting and fully automated lighting systems. The fridges in the store use a natural gas instead of synthetic gases, because it doesn’t harm the ozone layer and will make a much lower contribution to global warming.
